How to become a Lead or
Servant Leader
Must be out of training and has a complete understanding of each key position in both Front of House and Back of House (60 days minimum)
Pathways is completed
Has great attendance
Sense of urgency and can perform and lead under pressure
Has a positive attitude and respectful communication skills
Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in others roles
Honors and Encourages others to follow the visions and values of the resturant
Follows through on sanitation and safety procedures
Self-leader committed to personal growth
Must interview with Kevin
