Coaches are responsible for or the oversight of all employees for the front of house shifts throughout the week.  They focuses on ensuring proper procedures are implemented and that her fellow team members are being developed to further grow in their Chick-fil-A  journey.

Flex Leads are responsible for helping oversee the operations of our front of house including dining room, front counter, and drive thru.  They work together with the directors and the team to ensure our guests are receiving a fast, accurately, and friendly guest experience each and every day.
